Step 1: Set up your secure Medplus Pharmacy profile with your name, date of birth and contact details.
Step 2: Search for your GP so that our online pharmacy can match your records and receive your prescriptions through the NHS Electronic Prescription Service.
Step 3: Once we have confirmed your GP uses the NHS Electronic Prescription Service, you can nominate Medplus Pharmacy to receive and process your prescriptions.
Requesting Your Medication
Step 1: Send your prescription requests to your GP through the Medplus online pharmacy app. We'll also remind you when you need to order your medication so that you don’t run out. We’ve got your back on this one.
Step 2: Your GP will check your request against their records to verify authorise your NHS prescription.
Step 3: Once your GP approves your request, we’ll process the order and let you know how quickly you can expect your medication.
